How Do We Get Started?
Our mission is to offer fantastic customer service by ensuring you have the right team around you for your real estate buying and/or selling. This starts with you reaching out by filling out our "Contact Us" form. A team member from Helping Others Home Team will be in touch to learn more about your needs and goals.
What Is The Process?
Once we understand what you're looking for in a real estate agent, we go to work for you. We begin interviewing agents in your desired area(s) and will make warm introduction(s) for you to meet with and interview. Whether moving across town or across the country, our goal is to give you a great experience on all sides of your transaction.
What Will This Cost Me?
There is absolutely no fee to talk with us or get a referral. Need another referral? Just let us know what needs to be adjusted and we'll keep working. If you choose to work with an agent that we refer, that agent pays us a referral fee (a standard practice among real estate agents) from their commission once the closing happens.
And You Give Back To Charity?
Yes, we give at least 10% of our revenue to local and national charities. This can be in the form of one-time donations to their general fund, offering it as a donation-match for a fundraiser, or helping a nonprofit achieve a specific goal. We find this is a great way to use the resouces in real estate to give back to our communities.
