Yes! While we think our network is the best, it's important that you feel they are a good fit for your personality and communication style. We'll do our best with the initial match. Want another referral? Just ask!
Your real estate transaction is a big deal, working with large sums of money. Our recommendation is to interview multiple agents just to be sure you're in the best hands. Get a referral from us and still choose to work with your friend? There's still no cost to you.
When we refer clients to our network of agents, we are saving them time and money by connecting them with clients. It's common in our industry for referring agents to receive a referral fee when the transaction completes, and ours is lower than many other services. This means we don't get paid unless you have a successful closing with one of our referrals, and we're happy about that!
We give at least 10% of our revenue to charities that help others have healthy homes and communities. These donations can be in the form of one-off gifts/grants, sponsoring fundraisers, or allowing the organization to use our dollar amount as a donation-match campaign. We like to maintain flexibility because needs are always changing, yet our stance on generosity will remain firm.
